Just no way on earth that will be worth 15k right? But I am frankly out of touch with current pricing? When they told me what our house was worth I just laughed, wife laughed, Alexa laughed, the toaster laughed. I shot the toaster.
Over the years I've seen more guys at car shows do burnouts when leaving and lose it.
Same at the track, those I never understood. Once it goes sideways shut it down you lost the race
Yea it can be fixed but didn't look real close.
Real estate prices are insane.
pretty much cut the car in half and replace the back would be the best way and the roof.
