Stop in for a cup of coffee

I ended up working some OT yesterday, had a radio site go down, this one at Upper Baker. Lucky for me the guys up there (it's a hydro generation site) plowed the road up Glover Mtn. New tires were working good. I'm guessing getting into these com sites has contributed to my cold a bit, I'd have much rather been here drinking coffee!!!

I got my new Cross Climate IIs on the Mazda and barely get to use them. Looks like some snow this week, but I'm grounded for at least a couple weeks. I don't expect I will actually drive in snow again till next Winter. I did get one run on snow covered roads. Nothing crazy, but they handled normal driving like dry pavement. Was hoping I'd get another chance to 'test' them... :steering::lol:

38. My goodness. You're a youngin to my youngest. Just let me tell you it goes by really really fast. Enjoy yourself.
Yeah kind of figured that out years ago. Hit me watching my buddy be buried at age 20 from an IED courtesy of AQI.

Black Sheep Squadron on tv. Love those Corsairs! View attachment 1716363535
I loved that show, built a model of the Corsair , uncle wanted it so I surprised him with it on his birthday about 3 months later, he hung it with his other military things, I was about 12 years old, it needed a home somewhere, and I got to see it once a year here in Arkansas between apple and strawberry season. I need to look that up on my TV, thanks

I have put 525 miles on Victoria, and thinking it would be a good time to pull my intake and put the aftermarket Air gap on, I will look at the timing and drop it down 6 to 10 degrees possibly @toolmanmike

Never mind. Found a @krazykuda one for the LD4B.

1. Stock water temp sensor.

2. Heater hose attach.

3. A/C mounting boss

4. A/C mounting boss

5. EGR port hole --> keep it plugged

6. Mounting Boss, early throttle bracket

7. Vacuum port for power brake booster or vacuum attachments --> use if needed, keep plugged if not...

Only issues I recall when I put the Air Gap on Charlie the Swinger were the linkages for throttle and kickdown. Almost forgot the change in hood clearance  . I had all the manifold bolts in but 1. ":wtf: did I drop one into the lifter valley? :BangHead:". All the bolts come out again, scrape off the tube and a half silicone making the new seals at front and back of manifold. "Nope not in there." Looked around for it and no luck, off to parts store I go to find a bolt. 2 weeks later after the gardener had cut the grass, as I walk to my door after returning from the rock farm, there lies the lost bolt, 2 feet from where the Dart was parked on install day :realcrazy::lol:
