I used to make some pocket money changing the pads out there in the desert. 3 maybe 4 days each summer the humidity would climb and render them less productive, but that usually involved a monsoon
. In this valley being so close to the beach and our prevailing winds coming from that direction, very few homes have AC of any variety. There are those days when the Santa Ana winds come up when you wished you had that AC on the thermostat

Morning all a cold one here not Fred cold but cold for us 2 with a -20 wind chill. I got the fireplace going and a hot cup of the good stuff. Eric have a great day hope it goes better for you, being sick this time of year sucks.

29 years ago today, after sweating and being nervous all day, I stopped by my then girlfriend's house and asked her to marry me. Today, we are celebrating that anniversary.
