I am watching Ryan Hall, Live best weather guy I have seen and only one I watch.
They’ve upped the forecast to 18 inches by Sunday!!! Our creek is already out from the last two weeks of rain. 7-8 forecast for tonight, 8–10 more forecast by Sunday. I don’t know if I’ll be going anywhere anytime soon

I gots the Dodge Ram fueled up, Durango fueled up, preparing to go out storm chasing/spotting . We’ve been upgraded to a TorCon of 9 (out of 10) and a severe weather warning of a 5/5 for a PDS for tornadoes. Potentially Dangerous Situation (PDS). System has sadly shifted north putting more warm air into it. I’ve been spotting for nearly a decade and this is the first 5/5 and PDS we’ve have in that frame (didn’t know what it was until I took the training)

Well just got home from a very long day. Working with local PD and SROs (school resource officer, basically a LEO assigned to the school) on a school district that has multiple buildings/schools (6) basically they hire us to assess their safety and security protocols. Lots of interviews with teachers and staff. Everything from apps on their phones to cheat sheets by the phones for emergencies. My brain is mush. Right down to popping open med kits looking at expiration dates on Narcan vs what inventory spread sheet in nurses office has listed. Our educators today do way more than just teach.

Nope, heading straight to Jonesboro, tornadoes getting churned up now in an area just southwest of us, 17 miles away
We have two on the ground near Fisher, south west of us now we are in the tornado warning

This is what’s heading my way, 100 mile long line of current tornado warned storms.
Thank you for helping them out. I know our SRO’s and all of our local school districts appreciate all of the insights they can get when it comes to the safety of the students.
