And like a dummy, I put them on facing rearward and put the seat in . I found out that makes the seat closer to the steering wheel instead of further away. There is a part of my brain that just doesn't figure out which way things should go when the seat is setting upside down in the garage.I got my seat track extensions put in yesterday. Boy, what a difference an inch or so makes. (que Karl) They look simple and straightforward but they were a real turd. Drilling, grinding, and tapping holes were involved. Some fasteners had to come up from the bottom and the exposed end of the bolt was too long and had to be cut off.
