Well the housing inspection is over, found more than I thought for a 2020 build, weirdest discrepancy is a drainpipe under the house from the master bath that has the wrong direction slope. We are waiting for the formal written report and will set up needed repairs with our selling agent who was present for inspection. May put on market second week of June

Home inspection is always a PIA......................I have been through many, and "their List of must fix" :BangHead:

Took the k member out. Definitely the best decision. Now waiting for parts. Tracking said today, we will see.

Unfortunately, it was with the Relo program every time. We didn't have that option.....................

I made the realtors up in PA crazy. They wanted septic tank inspection and pump. I told them as long as the buyer was liable for any damage to the tank during the process, then OK. They weren't sure what to do with that.

You break it... you buy it

Seemed simple enough to me. If you hire and inspector and he damages an item in the process of inspecting it... then you pay for the repair
