Been through that nightmare and is no fun.

Yeah, i'm lucky that my sister deals with it.. when our step dad died they had all his paperwork done and it still took over 2 years and a ton of stress to deal with...

one thing i do have is 200k in life insurance... i think everyone should have that

Figured I'd get with all my kids and plan it all out before too much longer.

Was told to make a quit claim deed?
Hmmm that would mean you’re giving it to her now. But check with lawyer. Your state is probably different but mine is a cluster f and a half to deal with stuff if it isn’t done air tight by a lawyer.

Thats the brand I bought works fantastic. 9.5 inch 2800 stall 440 3.55 gears.
Yeah.... mine was a FTI... great reviews... it's 6 months out of warranty and i have talked to them twice about it and got "doesn't sound like a converter"... i will spend the $900 at ptc just to get this done now...

I've been blessed with a good metabolism and genes. I can eat or drink anything without much consequence. My weight stays within 8lbs for over 35yrs now. I do lose a few Kilos when in Viet Nam because of the food quality, I'm sure....
