Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hello! I got sucked into the computer the last few hours. It's amazing how that can happen and how much time you can waste on the computer. I was busy though. I had info coming at me from many directions.
Trying to keep up with all the crap going on in the Mopar forums is more than enough I would think.
And trying to keep us coffee club people out of the ditch would be a handful alone. :thankyou:

Got back from a trip to the mountains with the kids. Big horn sheep was a cool bonus.

That's a good looking Teen. The install will go fine. Just take your time.
thanks! That car has been sitting 14 years here, and locked up for three. That is a 73 engine I am using to get the car on the road. my son has lost interest in it, so here I am fixing it. We are selling the car, and the numbers matching engine will go along with whoever winds up buying it.
I kind of like the car, but too new for me(1974) bot it is B5 blue with blue interior, and showing 40k(I believe actual)1974 satellite sebring it is.

Good
question. I know the mid to late 50's Polys have different looking valve covers.
I thought I read somewhere that Chrysler in 1960 kept the plymouth poly and discontinued the others. I have a 56 with the 277 V8(not 267,sorry) with 180 HP. That newer poly would really improve that ole 56'!
I know this moves away from The A body, but no worries! I mainly drive my 69 340 GTS,that I have owned sinced 1990. I have had dodge darts or valiants in my driveway since 1971!

My 64 Polara has a good running 2 barrel Poly. I was happy to see it under the hood.

No. Pre-58s are different in nearly every aspect from the 58-66 polys. The exception being the bell housing pattern
thank you much! I used to have a 59 coronet with the 326, at 265 HP I believe? that was a strong engine! (senior year 1969)
I guess I will have to continue putting along with the old reliable 277

You could in theory swap to a 58-66 318 poly. It should bolt right in. Depending on which trans you have now

I have the two speed power flite, I f I was more familiar with that engine family I would pursue that one day. do you think That bell housing fitment an issue?

Good morning everyone. Another long day for me. 4-4 and sprinkle in a couple of appointments during and after. Ugh. Just need some sleep

Good morning everyone. I’ve been missing out on all the fun around here. Work is crazy busy, we have a week long conference we are hosting next week. Then puppy duty when I get home. I’m actually looking forward to going away next week for it and possibly getting some sleep.

That Maxwell is a beauty.
