Good service, glad it's moving and on its way.
About intakes, I have to say thay the dual plain China knock off Air Gap is working great with the smaller cam shaft, engine is running cleaner then it ever has, and it feels nice to have MUCH more power at 1.500 threw to 4500, as far as I take it.
I feel like she is ready for a trip north, after double checking all my new wheel bearing and old u-joints.
That's great Mike. Yes, the right intake for how you drive and the engine combination is a big plus. I am glad I asked the fellas on B bodies about that Weiand intake. Installing that could have been a mistake for me. Having an intake that doesn't work until 3500 rpm on a stock engine that get's driven around town a lot is a bad thing. I doubt if I will ever spin the tires on the old girl. I don't need it to run hard, just smooth. LOL

Same here, I worked to hard to go do a smokey burn out, and the 14 inch wheels and tires are to help my 2.97 gears out. I am enjoying 65 mph at near 2.300 ... You stepped up on that beuity, l know you have got to be enjoying it, I would be.

And back to the 70 Charger I worked on yesterday, my mid back feels like a cramp is in it, I am use to leaning over an early A body, I had to stretch to reach anything, over the front bumper..nope, over the fender nope, my god there is a giant difference setting the air gap, timming and pulling carb off, I felt fine yesterday, not today not unless I did something on the lawn mower..

That's cool. A simple part that people have been asking for. It should be fairly easy to make, it's covered with carpet so it doesn't have to be baby butt smooth like your spoilers, and it is small and easy to package and cheap to ship. .
Cheap to make and can't understand someone selling them for $150 bucks. Wish I had a car to fit it to, to make sure it fits right but I'll send it to Jeff and see what he thinks.

He's Mr. 4 speed . You won't get rich making them but a little extra cash for a needed part to help out the car collectors is a win-win.

Like my Polara. It's a long way from the front bumper to the carb. And, from the fender to the distributor. The ol' lower back complains.

Those shifter covers for the coffin consoles. Left side by the accelerator petal.

Making a cover for the 4 speed shifter with console.

The 30 ounces were the mixed the drinks. The beers were 2 oz cans, limited 2 can per adult, or 1 30 oz mixed drink. Pic is cut off.

But that’s amusement park prices for you. 60 bucks of a medium pizza and 4 bread sticks.

Sky was clear, just a light breeze, temp just above long sleeves, let's go watch Elon blow up another rocket  . Get about 1/3 of the way to my vantage point, over the pass I go, and there's the June Gloom :BangHead:  Found a place right on the border of Vandenberg right at edge of brush country. Saw the space vehicle briefly before it was swallowed by the Marines layers again. SpaceX has 4 more launches scheduled for this month, 2 in the next 8 days, then they take the summer off  Being 15 miles closer to the launch site sure brings that rumble to life :realcrazy:
