Stop in for a cup of coffee

hoping i have enough door panel clips.. i bought a bag of them but don't think it's enough. not sure if i trashed the originals

if you mean in the vertical rubber? I have never once seen whiskers in there.. only rubber
Crap, I meant the front channel. I already replaced the rears. I have door glass rattles.

if you mean where the front of the window rides in the vent pillar? then yes... you can make your own though i had ot make mine

yeah you would have a crazy rattle with that in there. for mine i used the soft fuzzy side of good velcro, and weatherstrip adhesive to hold it in, trick is you need to have something to hold it tight in the channel til it sets or the window is hard to get up and down (like my drivers one)

His post shows him doing the rear channels that are inside the door, i did those and the vent pillar ones on mine.. know i took pics but...

ahh this is when i did mine...

Fuzzy side of velcro is a smart idea.

yeah.. kryslerkid is damn good at making stuff work :) problem is getting the vent assembly out, mine wasn't too bad but i took the glass out first.. that rear one you can take out with the glass in though i'm pretty sure.. maybe...

BUT! worth it.. i took all the regulators out and cleaned/regreased.. that 60 year old grease was soo hard in mine i could barely move them. soo.. good weekend/week project

I would be afraid of taking mine out. Heck, my rear windows don't even roll down. I need to soak some good penetrating oil in there and get them loosened up.

gotta use like brake cleaner on em, get the old grease to break up then re-lube.. my door locks were the same.

I would like to spray something down in there so I wouldn't have to take the interior apart.

I wish you luck :) maybe some like freeall/krol.. work it around then lithium? i use spray lithium a lot
I like that too. I have some Howes in a pressure pot sprayer. I'll see if that works. I used to sell it by the gallon on the tool truck. It works well. "Desolves gunk" in the description. That's what I need.
