I think I left just in time. Some heavy traffic on I495 to the bridge, Was home by 15:00 ...bout 2.3 hrs....
I am in your debt... along with many other folks on here that have drug my sorry *** along on this endeavor.
I disagree Chris, Everyone here is here to help when needed. I, myself don't know everything, but will not hesitate to ask with this group we have here...

The house inspector just left. Nice younger gal. Just lives a few blocks away. She just takes photos of the house inside and out and submits them to her parent company in Texas. They write up a report and a value estimate and submit it to the insurance company. All in case of total loss.
Now that's a great idea.

No doubt. We jumped up in value a bunch from our old company. We were under insured for sure. Of course our house values went way up in the last 5-10 years. Crazy
Got lots cleaned up with my storage in the quonset. Even started a plan for Charlie’s Fargo. Need to start preparing for our 3rd annual BBQ. This year is beef and chicken Tacos. Who’s coming?
