Doesnt siund like my Bonneville trip will happen this year, most of my friends cancelled. So. Where to now? Id like to take a vacation before surgery and Marie and I split up. Need to clear my head some.

I don't go to Lowe's for anything. Few years ago they bought up my favorite hardware chain Orchard Supply and Hardware/OSH. Wherever there was a Lowe's and OSH in same area, OSH was closed immediately. Lowe's built a store in town, so OSH was closed shortly after :mad: .

Mornin c\_/ . As expected, my transition from Straight Talk to Comsumer Cellular is still incomplete at 13 days old. No problem with wifes transition. Angels lay flower petals in her path. My path is knee deep in ___. I can call out. No one can call me. My texts out appear to have sent. I'm told they aren't received. Only text I have received was 3 tests from Comsumer Cellular. I know a rant here makes no damn difference. The downside is the static between my daughter and myself. Yeah, she volunteered to handle this for me for my birthday. Friday evening we went into a shouting match while CC listened on over her phone. We'll kiss and make up eventually. Yall have a great day

Well it is quiet and calm here I Arkansas! I am still knee deep in rearranging book shelves to accommodate the new mini split. It is akin to working on an old car. You start with one small objective and two days later there is parts everywhere! It quit being fun two days ago. I did “refind” my Grandfathers ration cards from the war tho, so that was cool.

Oh my do I see the Zane Grey collector series in that mass amount of books?
 
Took the pugs for a ride to switch cars (had taken wifes Stinger in for oil change so she had my Ramcharger), anyhoo, our older pug was overheated and wouldn't cool down inside house so ended up at HD buying a medium window mount AC. We can't drill into anything in this rental and it also has vinyl windows so had to fab up a mount. AC will probably fall out of window before I gusset it up lol!
 
I'm beginning the search for hood hinges, hoping I can locate a good set. Never had a set on car when I bought it as it had fiberglass hood/dzus fasteners, no hinges. Ebay had a set on, scary prices and I couldn't tell if they had the elongated adjustment hole or not.

I almost bought that set one time. My dad was an avid Zane Grey fan and had all of his books. When he passed in 2003 my mom gave the books away and never asked if anyone wanted them.
