I read Lynyrd Skynyrd - Pronounced was released this day 1973. I remember spinning that new album cover on my finger tip while the vynil turned under a needle. I saw them New Years eve just after second helping was released. Maybe later today I'll recall who I was with.

Got the M37 wrapped up for the week. Have to get kid’s car in shop and go through it, see what it needs. She still thinks im fixing the 94 Shadow. 08 Hyundai Santa Fe is her next ride. car #7.

If you go factory Cummins parts, which I highly highly highly recommend (aftermarket stuff just doesn’t seem to hold up well in a Cummins), you’re looking at 2-3 grand in parts, probably a couple grand in machine work.
I wouldn’t pay more than core price for that, which is 5-700

Good Morning All! Had to take a few hours off today, managed to either lose or had stolen my wallet yesterday, spent hours retracing steps to sites (and I went to a lot of them). Also having our security review footage in a parking lot. What a Pita this will be, bank is done but drivers license and military ID today

overslept today a bit. Woke up to the State Command Sergeant Major calling me. Word has apparently spread already of my pending retirement.
I’m not holding my breath. How this works is, the State decides if I should be recommended for the retirement, but big Army at Fort Knox and Fort Gordon actually get to make that decision. So nothing is official until they do.
