Good Morning
Think I had the same issue yesterday Mike. Was just out of it most of the day. Went to bed at 9:00 p.m. slept 9 hours. Feel okay this morning
 
Good morning c\_/ . Stayed outdoors with 11 lb shoulder all of beautiful Thursday.
I did some back reading. I know a little about metallurgy. I see that the foreigner has an eye for good quality ingredients chosen for his cakes/rotors. A great cake can come from good leftover crumbs.
Efficient production comes from domestic, buttons over foreign made robots. That quality has been total chit before. Look up1988 Ford Taurus for 1 of many examples. Those fell apart from.inside out like flaky biscuits. When working there we claimed we could hear them rusting away. I wouldn't expect to find anything like that in the video.

Almost forgot, tossed a jug of coolant back into back of our RAV yesterday and there was the good view of my purdy work at dash renew.

Mornin ladies and fellers. I'm some kinda sick as a DAWG. But I gotta get Gladys' grill surround and grill inserts back on from where I've been beautifyin um up some.

Do or die tonight, game 5 for Mariners, fingers crossed cause even tho they've beat Skubal 3 times a 4th seems unlikely, he's pretty darn good, Go Mariners!!!
 
I shouldn't say "beat Skubal" because really they didn't hit him much, more got lucky winning against the bullpen after he pitched 6 plus innings

Nice morning, cool but no wind.
Laser decompression therapy, seems like the pain in my legs is less this morning. Still not easy sleeping, but this is first treatment.
Strapped into the bed,and machine applies lasers to heat the low back, while being mildly stretched.65 lbs pull for 60 seconds, then relax for 15. 20 minutes. Then get up and walk for a few minutes. Rinse and repeat. One treatment a week for 5 weeks.
Will go easy today-maybe. Got a door for the pumphouse, needs a little tunin though.

Goal today is get the wagoneer, buy some brown half round and 3" downspout (leader), and get it hung on the back shed roof.

Was poking around my pics of our blue Rambler lol, couldn't find it, a great pic with an EZ-Haul truck behind it as we were moving outta California in 69
