Stop in for a cup of coffee

Actually I was disappointed. I went outside and could barely see anything. I had to take a pic with my phone to view them. Earlier you could see them I hear. This is my stepsister's view from out on the farm looking north west.

Wow! That’s really bright! I wonder how she took it…..

We had the damndest lights right above our house around 9:00 last night. Not all that bright, but they looked almost like an impact crater on the moon, with lines radiating from a central point, except not a full 360* circle. Maybe 3/4 circle/270*? Anyway, never seen anything like that. We tried catching it with my wife’s phone, but no joy (poor focus).

Damn shame, as it was REALLY cool.

It's cup number two that finely gets me moving this morning, I swear I wish I had a good bloody Mary I would put a shot of apple cider vinegar in it this morning.. I heard a shot gun this morning at 4:15 this morning, good to hear a hungry family is getting it done even if it's not a legal dear..

Cup number 2? I see only one “cup” being utilized here!

Gonna be an expensive doggie vet visit day here. Dog #2 is terrified of the vet, and she needs a complete tune-up (bloodwork, teeth cleaning, nail trimming, etc), so they knock her out for this. Not too bad but….

Dog #1 injured her tail recently, and came down with “limber tail”. Could be due to a number of things, some of them more serious than others, and proper diagnosis requires x-rays. She’s not happy going to the vet either, but she needs to be calm for the x-rays……

So I’m at home, BOTH dogs are on drugs, and the checkbook is going to take a hit in a few hours.

But they’re worth it.

My dog has no issues with the vet at all. We got lucky.

Yes, you did. I’ve had about a dozen dogs, but these two are the first that are scared of the vet, one MUCH more so than the other. Both are Rescues, and we’re assuming that they experienced something traumatic in their past.

A fawn, missed mama. Fender, headlight need replaced. Door, hood , and bumper are slightly damaged. Just an old 06 Chev. He wasn’t happy and said he left the F;:”*r on the side of road
May as well feed the coyotes or keep the Buzards on the job.

Thank goodness!

My father hit a deer with a ‘68 F250 up in Warroad when I was a wee lad, and it took out dang near the entire front end of his truck.

And that was when trucks were made of steel!
