Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning!
Rained last night, but didnt freeze. Last few winters we get to start off with ice, making it shitty to walk all winter. Hoping not this year.
Maybe some metal work today, think i may need the bead roller.

LOL the ac in the R/T does not work so the defroster is iffy blowing wet air!
Yeah, fan control switch. Nothing. Then suddenly almost to work, starts blowing on high, which is where the switch was. Not sure, but better get a new one

Ordered a blower motor resistor assembly. Most common failure point. Maybe due to such high humidity and temp? Cheap and easy to change. Changed it once years ago when I started losing fan speeds.

I have a freon leak somewhere cant find it, weird it will hold a vac overnight though. Need to borrow a sniffer to find it one day.

I'm trying to order carb kits but I'm thinking they might all be the same kit part number

Carb kits are kinda expensive these days, I remember when they were like 20 to 25 bucks and now they are like 40 to 50
I bought my carb kit from Mikes Carburetor Parts. It was very complete and detailed instructions. They are expensive nowdays. (Like everything) Mike's Carburetor Parts

Our Service Techs run into this all the time. Depending on the refrigerant (and costs), nitrogen and soap bubbles may be your best friend here.

But if you need/want to borrow a sniffer, shoot me a PM. I have two of them at home, and I don't foresee needing either of them for a while.
