Good morning from a cold and rainy southwest Colorado. Got back from our walk, dogs had a good time in the rain and ran after a couple of deer. Ya the dogs didn't stand a chance in hell of catching them.
Resting heart rate is 90. Oops, i forgot to take my Metoprolol this morning.

I've managed to get my resting down to 58 or so. Max workout has hit 178... but i can get it down to about 108 in 2 to 3 minutes post burst.

glad to see the bathroom job is moving right along. our house needed the bathroom remodeled before we moved in. a friend recommended the guy that did his place . he said 7 to 10 days as they worked after their day jobs. red flag one. red flag two was not asking if 7 to 10 days were consectutive. well, they weren't. three months later and after the Bulls season, it was done. needs a little touch up after 27 years. need to find someone I can just lock in there until it's done.
I hope it doesn't turn out that way here but he seems to want to get it done. He said he may be done by this weekend. He has some sanding to do and one more skim coat and finish that. He is isn't using Quickset so it needs to dry overnight. If he works on it a bit tonight he may be able to finish up tomorrow. If he wants to take the weekend off and finish up next week I am ok with that. He is doing it as a side job and has family too. It will be a few weeks until the flooring get's put down so we have time. Your worker seems to be a worker. not saying ours weren't, just all "subcontracted" or "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" deal. live and learn.

Popped in to say hello on this front end Friday, hopefully everyone in my area stayed safe traveling in this thick fog we have had every morning and evening the last 3 days.
So far this weather has been warm this time of year, Colorado is a month behind getting there first snow this year.
We had to pull both carbs off the Nova yesterday, vacuum leaks everywhere from sitting 17 years, I gave him new gaskets and instructions he will do him self, 400 small block punched out .30 eddy heads, oh, it settles in at 2.700 near 3 grand, I have the dizzy set for him so he should be able to fire it up on his own and report back to me today, I told him I would get ride of the two fours intake, stock hight for an air gap single.. we will see.this is his home, shop is behind the car he just built to get his vett and nova in , sat outside 17 years, he is having fun in his retirement, he stays out there, wife loves it .lol..

Just got home from the burg. did Sherman Williams for paint, glad I have a account there still. 150 retail with my discount (business) 2 gallons , brush, roller cover, Trailer paint Tape and paper came out 89! Then to Cains for some chicken, get the tray then freeze them for 44. Two large fries and drinks them Mil discount and Senior also added, came out to 42!!!!! Discount day for sure!
Come to Pa Pa. I need to spray these down a little. They have a little rust in places. Not much movement. And of course I paid more for these than the others.
Wet spots can be fun.
I went over to Downing to unlock the house for the drywall guy. I got the oil changed in the snow blower. Was going to cut a few volunteer trees but I am running out of ambition. temp's in the low 40's now and my sweatshirt isn't enough for working outside. Looks like mid 20's tonight and sunny and mid 50's tomorrow. Sounds like a better day to work outside.
