Stop in for a cup of coffee

I miss going for walks with my sweetie but that doesn’t happen much anymore
I miss walking all together. I dont think i could make it the 1500 feet to the highway, and back. Buddy used to pick me up on the weekend on the way for breakfast. Now i cant get in his truck without a struggle, as there is no runningboard. Hoping a new set of hips will solve it. I’d like to take my dog fir walks.

Speaking of walking Jodi is up to a couple laps around the house right at 24hrs post hip replacement surgery. She is a bit loopy from the meds but doing well, still bossy even tho she is pumped full of meds and can’t hardly move. Seizing the moment I asked for and got permission to buy a new blaster but she drew the line at a hooker? I think clearly I need to give her one more pain pill and rephrase my request! Hah!
Good to hear Jodi is up and about. My buddy recently got a hip (18 month waiting list) and was out and about in a couple days.
Im waiting to get paperwork started, got some awesome advice from a friend, may not have to wait too long. Hope to get both done in one shot.

So was not a bad day, got the bloodwork done for the 2nd Angio, still no appointment yet.
And a call with my DR today. She suggested i up my opiate med to help with sleep. I wanted to wait for the go -ahead from her before i tried.

Met up with the fellow that gifted me a cane a couple years ago, diamond willow with a nice antler handle. Very sturdy. Had to thank him again, now that im using it.
Did a little work on lil Hoe while Ron worked on his snowblowers.

Lynda is 44 and still quite Hot !!!
Mitch I found this. I really like the Shrimp, and the spicey chicken one.

Went out with Lynda this morning at 6:15 and walked maybe a couple of miles. About an hour. Came home. Get ready to go out to breakfast. Now Eating Hu Tieu Tom... Will choose a cafe after this.

Good morning folks!!
I'm expecting the dogs to break into the bedroom, any time now. Sun is almost up, so it's play time. One of my gsd's has an ear infection, only way he'll take the meds is if I give him a walk afterwards. I can use the exercise.
They are funny that way, mine wake up loudly at sunrise, vocal yawns and stretches as only a GSD can do! They crack me up. However due to the wife’s post surgery rehab we got unceremoniously tossed out of bedroom and into the spare room. The GSD pup is about as delicate as a bull and would no doubt land on the wife jumping up into bed. The Mal however is like a ballerina or a cat, you could literally throw that dog across the room and she would land on the bed like a cat and never touch either one of us. Totally opposite of the GSD. Regardless, wife was not taking any chances with the pup and out we went!

She is recovering fast, today is only day one post hip but she is already mobile, albeit with a walker!

Sitting at Cafe number two this morning. Hey, I just saw another white guy. Guy looked to be about 70-75 years old walking with a cane. Wonder if he's lost ??? Lol

Mals are simply awesome athletes, and gorgeous to boot. Smarter than most toddlers.

Sounds good. Liz had her knee replaced, and walked in the house the same day. (She's nuts, but was also still drugged up a bit). Surgery went terrific. Secret is to do the rehab religiously.
