They say snow here this afternoon, we shall see, 43 out there now.

I wish it was that warm here. I went out earlier and put down a bunch of salt/ice melt on our skating rink driveway, hoping that would help break-up some of the ice. But I didn't check the forecast, and I think I may have created more of a mess for us, as the meltwater I get today (35*, more or less) may re-freeze on Monday (forecast high temp of 9*), just in time to go under the 5"-8" of snow they're talking about.

I don't mind snow. Bring it on! Ice, on the other hand, is no longer my friend

agree! I'd rather leave the snow down and walk on it than semi-clean it up, have it melt and leave a slick surface. I don't think I can do my Olympic skating moves anymore. or if I do, it'll just be that one time

I tried that, but all that did was pack it down, and then when it melted and re-froze...
