Turnpike price increase today. Will now cost $40.00 round trip to carlisle.
For about an hour trip unless you get stuck behind a mess like that. Which is all to common. I will just go back to the older truck drivers route. Only generally takes about 15 to 20 minutes longer . Depending on time of day.

CalTrans seems to be going that toll road mindset on some of the SoCal Interstates. They add 2 lanes to the existing 4 lanes, charge money for the use of the new lanes, and those lanes remain basically empty while the normal lanes creep along
