So here's an example of young Hot Rodders in Vietnam. Lynda's son Thang is just 20 years old. But since he's had it, he's made several modifications to it, including, changing the engine from 150cc to 280cc LOL They dig these skinny little tires on them as well. Not my thing. Thao Ly, his girlfriend just bought him these new Wheels for his Honda. And he just changed the mono shock to an adjustable one with an external fluid fill.. so if you are asking, hot rodding is alive and well in Vietnam.
