So I bought my Shelby Dakota new in 89. I had the good sense to buy a set of center caps from the dealer in 92 or so. Fast forward to today and guess what? Only 1 of the my NOS never opened, wrapped together in the same box for 30 years centers came with the attaching screw....
Wouldn't be a big deal, except I had a guy offer me ridiculous money for the sun hazed centers a few years ago and I sold them with the damn screws.... AAARRRGGGHHHH......

Real simple find at a good hardware store. Might not have the serrations around the head but do you really care?

That looks like an allen head 1 inch length cap screw/bolt, either 1/4" or 5/16 diameter
Should find them at any hardware store.
Take the one as your sample.
Easy pesy

ACE Hardware, prolly get chrome or stainless, I've gotten the serrated there before. NOTE: All Ace Hardware AIN'T equal! There Are Franchises. Some stores have More Homeowner Junk, and others are geared more towards Get Er Done types; WAY more fasteners, fittings, tools, electrical stuff, the good one here even has Lumber and Drywall, Mud, drywall bead ect!

I had 618 years ago.
I did a paint job and decals for a cosmetic restoration.
It was not fast, but it seemed quick, till I took it to the track.

Update that i should have posted Aug 30.... So I found stainless screws identical to the originals at Lowe's. All is good, and putting the finishing touches on as time allows.
