Are you talking about the Holley remans ?
I wonder if they use new plastic resin main bodies? I always thought that was the snag on rebuilding them....that those warp.
what gets me is when you look up the details on summits site they say there square bore carbs.
I'd like to hear from someone too. Plan to convert my Leanburn 'Doba and use one of the reman TQ carbs.
No new onews are made.I wonder if they use new plastic resin main bodies? I always thought that was the snag on rebuilding them....that those warp.
mainbodys for thermoquads are available as new replecement parts..
Those are not TQ's! DANG! Look at the freaking thing all ready for GODS sake!Funny you mention that.....I was looking at these at Summit and they mention "square bore" AND "spreadbore". These sure look like repop Thermoquads, don't they? But only 625 CFM...? Has anyone seen these up close or have any knowledge of them?
From who ?

Prove it!
Those Demons dont have the rod hanger of the old TQ's that helped in dialing in idle quality. Otherwise, an old new approach in carburetion. Wonder if they will issue a larger model? And it is technically a 3 barrel.
