Hi looking for the shumacher tacbrackit. I just like that no holes need to be drilled. I had one years ago and now wishing I didn't sell it. Thanks

I haven't seen one like that in a long time, hopefully some of the members here will have some. I know I'd like to have one also.

I just want to mount my tach up closer to line of site in my bracket car without cutting up my dash of drilling holes.

I made a simple mount out of a thin flat piece of metal used to join pieces of decking or house framing wood together, bolted the tack ring to it and slid it under the front of the dash pad. It was held in place between the dash pad and the dash frame like the one pictured but from the front of the dash.

Cheap to make and mods to the dash required. Wires went down the vent like pictured above.

I made one from thin-gauge sheet metal I had lying around. Mounted it on my 73 Sport. Works great and much cheaper than what they sell now.
