I am just enjoying a piece of toast. But the thing is, it is homemade bread. My wife loves to bake and ever since she got a Bosch, she regularly makes bread and cookies! I love it........just sayin'.

When mailing baked goods, if you wrap them up good then pack them in a box filled with plain popped popcorn they will arrive in good shape and taste like they have barely cooled off! When I was in advanced training in the Army I was sent a loaf of whole wheat bread and it was so good that I only got a few bites of it!I forgot to mention....the Bosch is a mixer, not a dedicated bread machine. It just takes away the need to knead! So the labor part of baking is gone. When she makes cookies, which are generally chocolate chip (my fave), she makes 15 dozen! Now that my son has moved out I actually get some! And yes there is nothin' better than homemade bread toasted and slathered in real butter....mmmmm
