Out for another Maiden Voyage today. Running some errands in Palm Bay Florida.
I went to Harbor Freight in Palm Bay today, came out with a shopping cart and a cardboard box.
I was opening up the passenger door, with the cart at the rear bumper.
Guy parked next to me steps out and says: Nice older truck you have there, you want some help getting that box into your truck?
I said sure. It was a creeper in the cardboard box. He laid it in the passenger side real nice.
I said my body is not what it used to be now at age 68, the younger man said: I am 33, have a nice day, as he went on about his business.

Never ceases to amaze me driving the older mopars, people taking the time to come up and talk with you.
Nobody ever comes up to talk when I am driving my White Full Size Ford Van, or help for that matter.
The old mopar magic, makes it all a lot of fun to be involved in. Classic Cars & Trucks.

Wife and I went for a drive in the hills. Drove up through FairPlay and on to Leadville, for you low lander Leadville is at 10270 ft above sea level. Then back east through the Eisenhower tunnel that’s 2 1/2 miles long.
When we stopped for lunch, you can clearly see who was passing out the chicken dippers(nuggets). They were for the kids.
Colorado (and Utah!) was always my favorite state to drive around in. SO much beauty all around. Just an awe-inspring state!!
