In need of a thermovalve or ported vacuum switch, whatever Ma called it. Its usually on the intake or even the radiator of a 70s Mopar or anything else. 3/4 hex NPT with 2 ports, orientation is not important. It opens after 165F or some random engine warm temp to activate EGR or Evap or even distributor advance on a Ford! seems most cars back in the day had these for something....Not needing NOS just something that works. Thanks!

There's a two-port one on the radiator, and a three-port one on the intake coolant crossover next to the thermostat housing (at least on mine- '75 Swinger 318). They each control different aspects, I'll see if I can get you a pic of the emissions vacuum routing decal later today if you like- I never could find the info in the FSM, only on the sticker on the inner fenderwell... Hope you can find something used, as those puppies are kinda pricey for what they are.

I removed this from a 74 slant six car I scraped. I don't know why I kept it & don't know if it's what you need but, here it is.

Thats actaully a vacuum amp; Its like a transistor for vacuum applications. 3 ports: manifold-sense-out.....Small amount of vacuum goes into sense line (such as ported vacuum off the carb) and that opens the port for full manifold vacuum to the OUT devices, such as an EGR valve. Some EGRs can work off the smaller ported vacuum but I think the faster you can get EGR to open off idle, the better emissions test you get at the expense of driveability of course. Anything to pass stringent smog back in the day. I got a functional one of these, thanks though!

Here's the pic of the vacuum hose routing decal I promised.
It shows the hookups for both ported vacuum switches, the 3-port TIC valve and the 2-port CCEGR valve.
