I have a small 110 heater I got for about 20 bucks at Walmart that I keep in the car.
When it’s real cold/frozen out I plug it in and set it on the passenger side floor to warm up the interior before I go out to leave.
Works great to not have to get in a freezing *** car and wait for the heater.

Well, I also found that when I have to do something with any of the OEM wiring it makes a HUGE difference when the wiring is nice and warm. (Like 80-90)

Set the heater on the floor pointed towards the steering column area for an hour or so, and the wiring is sooo much easier to deal with.

Since I am into the dash so far with the AC install I am fixing not so good stuff and re routing the column harnesses.
Those 50 year old wires are pretty set in their ways.

Funny, I had a grow/heat lamp trained on the area while I worked under there until someone took it back to start tomatoes a couple weeks ago!
