at 0:53 I could almost feel it.

A few years ago I was landing at the Netaji subhas Chandra Bose airport in Kolkata, India and the plane was descending what seemed kinda fast.

It hit the ground on the rear wheels only and it hit harder than usual, felt like my spine compressed a couple inches when it hit but it bounced back up and the engines came on and starting rising and then right after that "This is your captain and we are going to go around and re-attempt landing, so please stay seated with your seat belts on"

They went around for like 10 minutes and the next attempt was much smoother.

I've been lucky. I flew in some bad winter stuff I forget, into Chicago I think. It was a bit "sideways" on the runway there. So now that I was all shaky 'n stuff, at one point I had to transfer to a DC-6 and wonder if those things were going to fall off the wings........or not

AND THEN transferred to some tiny about-a-six passenger thing on into Glynco, GA

I've had my share of close calls, mostly from student air traffic controllers putting me on collision courses with other aircraft they were controlling. One night I had six landing attempts into McGuire AFB with a student ATC controlling me. Five times I had to take emergency evasive maneuvers to avoid hitting a C-141 that was doing touch and goes on the intersecting runway. I almost had to drive over to ATC and personally thank that student.

I can't claim anything as "exciting" as the last one (Thank you for your service, Colonel!), but I was on a TWExpress plane on approach to my hometown, and for once the pilots had left the curtain between the cabin and the cockpit open so I was enjoying seeing what they see. We hit some rough weather coming in, and about 30 seconds before we landed, a red light started flashing and there was an audible alarm in the cockpit. Not sure what it was (stall warning?) but the co-pilot said "****!" and turned around and whipped the curtain closed. That is about the scariest trip I've had.
