That is amazing. The fact that so many of those buildings have withstood this.

The Allies are damn lucky we pulled this off. There were many many unknowns that could have easily added up into disaster, another "Dunkirk"

On the other hand, all the incredible effort Hilter put into his "Atlantic wall" and it took "less than a day" to break it down.
