Thrift store find: Team Mopar cap.

I was visiting my local goodwill and ran across this Team Mopar cap for a buck . Does anyone have any info on this cap? Like when it was sold? I was hoping it was an older cap like 70s-80s. Any help is appreciated

Yes, it was from '68. I was racing for Team Mopar in my 440 Dart. Man those were the days. Anyway, I donated the cap to Goodwill recently, as my weight gain has made it almost impossible to pull the darn cap down over my noggin. I won many races wearing that hat. In fact, send it to me and I'll autograph it for you.











Just havin fun man. It's a cool cap though.
