OK going to beat up an old topic getting the car on the road for the first time in 20 something years used to run M/T et streets what are your thoughts on a good rear tire realistically driven on the street which as much racing as possible
Et streets are still good.
Went looking for 225/50/15 for my car none in Canada !Mostly now finding actual tires that fit are the first challenge. A lot of the sizes we took for granite years ago are no longer made.
Everything is 17” and larger now.
As for the tires- I am still running Cooper Cobra that are 8years old and spin at the drop of a hat so those won’t work. BF GR are still available but outrageously expensive. I agree with above with ET drag or I believe Hosier still makes a street strip tire on 15”
