Took a serious fall yesterday.

I was up since 3:38 because couldn't lay down . I have spinal stenosis C5,C6. and had an appointment scheduled for june 4th already made a month ago. I'll see if I can wait it out. Going to the ER will just get to many Doctors involved.

Go to the ER at the hospitol Your Dr. practices/operates out of, then tell them to reach out to Him/Her, after You've contacted His/Her office Yourself & make sure they have a heads-up. You've gotta be proactive Brother.....
