Top motor relay

Someone had posted how to install relays for the top motor (1966 dart vert).
but I cant seem to locate the thread. I did print out the diagram, so my question is, are all relays created equal???

Absolutely not. The Bosch spdt relays are now built by Tyco or whoever else wants to make some. Even worse is the harness connectors for them. Look on ebay and you'll find half dozen relays with connectors for coins. Aint worth those coins either.
NAPA store has nice Echlin connectors but their price aint nice.
My advise...Go to a junk yard and cut relays with connectors from a Ford, Honda, anything. Those wont be the made in China junk.
 
I agree with Red, and the big problem is that what might have been decent quality just a very few years ago may or may not be today. Echlin, Standard, all brands seem to be going down the road to Asia
 
At least the bosch/tyco relays aren't built in china/asia. Last I knew they were from Portugal.
