Torsion ?

So I am finally going to put my 440 in my 72 Dart, the front suspension is all brand new, totally rebuilt, My question is how torsion should I put on the torsion bars before I mount that monster in there? before you ask I have new HD torsion bars on it for a big block, should I tighten all down or leave the adjusting nuts loose? I tried looking in the manuals, nothing the only thing have is if the engine was already in it,

i usually put the heads of the adjusting bolts even with the control arm then raise or lower as needed when everything is in..

Put it all together and then finish the adjustment, but start where Joe told you to with or without the engine in.
