TransGo TF-2 Question

Ha ha ha, I hear ya. A body Joe showed the pan once and I said the same thing. "NICE pan!" One of his freinds got it.

I'm going to take a picture of the MP pan and up it for sale. I couldn't get it to stop leaking on this trans, but it worked fine on 2 other trannys! Go figure.
To be hnest, once I took off the shifters cable bracket, which attachs to the pan rail, I think I discoverd my issue. The bracket may and probably was putting to much pressure on the pan and twisting it ever so slightly so it would leak. That's my "guess."

Yeah that might make it worse. Mine doesn't leak bad. Just seeps enough to make it attract dirt. More annoying than anything.

Oh yeah. Sorry Rumble my kit did not include the 904 pan gasket either. I had to get it seperate from Checker. I guess I should have posted that.

Hummmmm, well, it is just a tid bit of info I can see leaving out given the direction of the thread. No one else thought of it that has had the kit or they got the gasket in the kit.

But, again, why would you not put the gasket in the kit if it does both trannies? How much could it cost? And weigh? It screems "Cheap" to me.
