[WANTED] Trim for 69 Cuda bottom of windshield.

I am looking for the single chrome/stainless piece of windshield trim for the bottom of my windshield. I am unable to find anything.

Originally it was mylar on the bottom only for verts.
Poor design as plastic ages/cracks.
Only one mfg and that is Precision Replacement Parts.
Laysons is a distributor for them.

i have sold a stainless piece to replace the plastic

You can take a hardtop or sedan lower chrome strip, cut a little of the ends, then silicone it in place, done it half a dozen times.

The mylar strip also locks the gasket. Without it the gasket might leak.
