What you circled is the support for the torsion bar

This is off my 67 dart convertible, the support is different shaped but you get the idea.

The two rounds at the top of the "J" is where the torsion bars rest.

The slides are available at classic ind etc.

I am looking for the spring nuts too, but you can get a functioning part at hardware stores

I get the spring washers from the local hardware store. Nothing special about them.
