No hole on the other cover so put a breather in the hole and drill the other cover for the PVC valve. JMO
Trying to find an obscure valve cover grommet for PCV

Pull cover and go to the parts house.. They typically have the help section isle and match the grommet up.
Today's discoveries.....
Four PCV valves at hand, the steel one is what was in the Dart 360.
The plastic ones all measured the same, as was mentioned here....
Since I already had the .75 valve in the car, I bought a few grommets:
All three have a center hole approximately .75 but the outer hole varied a bit.

That Mopar small block won't run worth **** with that Chevy PCV - it'll be like doing a transplant from somebody with a different blood type - rejection city!

I figure they wont work with custom valve train. I did not even try them.Call me crazy, but I'm shaking those Holley covers, and going all Mopar. No fuss that way. PS fk Cheby and Foad.
