trying to plug a hole

on my 69 dart there is two square holes with two small round holes one each side of square at the bottom of the doors dont know if there is supposed to be plugs or what is going on help please thanks

take a picture and post it? Its difficult to tell what your refering to.

Those are drain holes to let water out of the door. Plug them up and the door will rot out.
