Anyone running 3 inch tti exhaust on a 70 duster.Have any problems with install or having to modify it to make it work.Mine looks like it will hit leaf spring on pass side by the gas tank

I just finished installing 3" TTI tailpipes on my 68 Dart. I'm not using a gas tank but the pipe was very close to the leaf spring. There seemed to be enough play to position it where it didn't touch and was still straight coming out of the back. I did have to relocate the hangers a few inches back from stock location. I can get some close up pics later this morning if you want to see from the axle back.

What mufflers are you using?I went with ultra flows,i wish they where a little louder

the ultra flows aren't loud? heck, I have the Super Turbos, and I kind of like the quiet until you nail the throttle sound. Are the ultras offset/center style?

73Duster with TTI headers and full 3 inch TTI exhaust with xpipe and turbo mufflers. The car has a Dana 60 and a stock tank and ss springs. Everything fit great with no issues.727 trans.
Dustaar

Full 3 inchers on a 68 formulaS. tight but no touching. Dynomaxs. Bent lip of fuel tank up. 3/4 offset hangers on the leafsprings too. Stockish ride height. Turn downs. Large body shocks. Custom hangers at the very back. Supplied hangers at the muffs.
Awesome screaming mufflers at redline. quiet no-drone cruising from 1400 to 2800. Typical cruise at 2200. 15 years old now. headers repaired at collectors twice in 125,000 miles. was winter driven 4 years.
