So in between trying to beat the heat and deal with shifter problems, I was sort'o watching "Support your Local Gunfighter," and in one surprizingly correctly detailed scene, James Garner clops a "bad guy" over the head with his sidearm

So the bad guy is lying there face down, and to prevent further trouble, he takes an iron that's handy and breaks the guys trigger finger on his RIGHT HAND

but then cross - eyed Jack Elam points out that the guy has a "cross draw" holster so this means that with the holster on the right, he shoots with his left.

Of course you know what's next with the flat iron

Just thought it was interesting that FOR ONCE Horrywood actually got something halfway correct.

(Even though I doubt most "gunfighters" had nickel plated wheel guns)

And a side note, when Suzanne Pleshette was smokin' hot

Jack Elam was good too, Funny I was watching an old western this weekend with Raquel Welch...talk about HOTT!! Jack Elam, Ernest Borgnine, Robert Culp. I think the movie was Called Hannie Caulder..something like that. Worth watching just for the odd jiggle!!

I saw her when she was very young, I think was an old episode of Route 66. Gauwd she was hot
