What did you install most recently? Start there.

I never installed any of them

OK, rebooted and all that
Phone optimized and started 139 apps.
Now I get a message when I try to post a pic, "no app can perform this function"
Any ideas?

Dang, it has to be in your settings somewhere. I don't know enough to be much help.

Try settings, applications, application manager, camera and permission. All boxes should be on.
