We are on vacation in Nevada and Arizona. And thought
I would share some pics for everyone wile we are gone
These are from yesterday July 4th
This is my beautiful wife and the boys Inside Hoover Dam

Will be posting more wile we are here to share with everyone
We are spending the day on lake Mede tomorrow we rented a boat
And Monday we are going to Grand Canyon
 
Dang. We use to go to Lake Mead boating at least 6-7 times a year for 3-4+ days at a time. The water level looks like it is down 120' or more than from what I remember.
 
They told us that it was down 50! From normal water level. And they said the top water line was from 1985 flood and has never been at that hight before

Lol, they are lying through their teeth and don't want to scare people. Every year we have been there more and more water is gone. It's to the point where you can barely launch a boat there. They have had to rebuild just about every boat ramp & dock on the lake. We use to sit right there by the damn in the boat. It is way down....
 
How did the wife and kids pose sideways in the tunnel without falling???

the water went over the spillways....was pretty neat and what a roar.....

went out and watched it....just like all the other idiots...LOL...

it was 1983......
 
Well we made it back home safe to NC last night left with a warm 95 dry heat to a muggy 90 deg 90 percent humidity eve in Charlotte had a great time and got to see lots of wonderful places, will post pics later. We went to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Mt Charleston, Fremont Street was nice had lots for the kids and some cool street shows we had a good time. Wishe I could have met some Vegas A-Body members there but you can't have everything lol
 

The boys wanted to go to the Pawn Shop, Counts Cars, and Ricks Restorations
The only one worth a damn was Ricks Restoration at least they got to meet some of the guys from the show:violent1:
