Vacuum Pumps on Alcohol

Ok, new to alcohol this year.

I have a magna fuel 500 pump with -10 an lines to the magnafuel regulator and an -8 to each bowl.

The carb has been sent off to have the idle leaned out. I will have a lean out valve installed. Can I run standard evacs out to the headers or do I have to run a vacuum pump?

440, eddy heads, m1 intake, with 2" adapter plate for 1050 dominator, .570 lift cam, .255 @ 50. 12:1 compression.

Hoping to not milk oil.

E vac pump is the best but I never ran alky on a carb just fuel injection.My car liked egt Temps around 1125 to 1150.It was leaner than my friends but I didn't milk my oil but you could smell it in it .my friends liked 1030 degrees.I picked up 2.3 tenths leaning mine out a little.I use to add my top lube to a 5 gal on the day I raced.I bought 55 gal drums at a time.Way cheaper.

I use to put a cents in my aky.cotton candy,grape,strawberry smelled good Banana didn't.on grudge night people use to say my car smelled good

I first had a tunnel ram then changed to a single to run a 150 shot.I know it's a chevy but I wish I never sold it 511 cid 3080Lbs with driver 5.60 in the eight on motor never hooked up the plate.I built that car off everyone junk or stuff they had laying around!
