Hey Valiant 396- thanks for the nice words but I think you are truly setting the standard… By the way, is that a hydraulic clutch set up icy under the hood of your valiant?

And thank you! Not really any standard bearer, just a nut that went too far with a Valiant. I thought about putting in a hydraulic setup but decided against because I didn't want to cut a hole in the firewall & reinforce for properly mounting the M/C. The mechanical linkage works really well anyways, it has a diaphragm 10.5" clutch which is very smooth.

That looks like a late 60's big block dual snorkel air cleaner on yours. Must be a tight fit!

My youngest son's 65 v100. 416 w/ single stage sys. High 6.20s in the 1/8. Shootin for high 5.00s next year if his budget grows lol.

The most fun I have ever had with a car is my 65 Valiant. Z06's hate it. Its for sale or trade, I've had it 7 years and it's time to move on and finish my 69 Dart.
What size tires do you have on the rear ? Is it mini tubbed ?

My 65 signet, 273 commando, 904 lock up w/ wide ratio gear set.
still a work in progress.
