I think you are going to find that for the most part people who like Plymouth are going to like the Valiant and people who like dodge are going to go for the dart. That being said, I never liked the look of the 66 dart but for some odd reason I like the 66 dart wagon the best of the 3.

Depends on the year, 66 Valiant, anything prior Dart.

I have a 65 Wagon and it took me several years of on and off looking to find it. I always liked the front end of the 65 Dart the best but now I'm also liking the 63 Valiant front end it has grown on me.

The '66 wagon pictured as a Dart wagon is up here in Canada is a Valiant.
I like that one.
For the other years, i would go Plymouth all the way.

I am biased to the 63 Valiant because that is what my car is. When I first saw this car, I didn't like it but it grew on me and I had to buy it....and now I really like it.

is there a box for the 69 coronet wagon?
ill take one of those any day, and let you stick whichever of the A bodies you picked in the trunk

I learned to drive in a '65 Valiant wagon. 255 slant 6 w/torqueflite.....so I'm pretty biased towards em.
My dad could hardly pull his boat with it after he bought it, so he had a shop install a small 450 cfm Holly 4bbl along with a 4.10 rear gear (I think).
It pulled his boat just fine after that. In fact, it was a frickin' quick little beast for it's size on the dragstrip....LOL. Not many stock 283 Chevys or 289 Fords could take it in the quarter.
There were even a couple of 318s that went under it's spell. Everyone thought it had a least a 273 or better in it. Whenever I'd pop the hood, they'd just stare in disbelief. Yeah, I'm biased.

Any one know the wheelbase of a valiant wagon? Are they shorter than non-wagon valiants? I've always thought it was interesting that a Dart wagon is shorter than a HT or Sedan.

I like the Valiants more. I've had 64 and 66 Valiant wagons and a 65 Dart wagon. All 63-66 wagons are built off of the shorter 108" Valiant wheelbase.

I'll take the Dart, but only because I own one. I'd be equally happy with a Valiant.

I like the 62 Lancer wagons, BUT rare as hen's teeth. Otherwise, I like both the dart and valiant wagons, I find them all interesting and cool!! Seems I find way more early darts than valiant sedans.

they would have to grow on me a little..... i voted valiant. But not because i'm partial to Plymouth over Dodge. No, I go car by car.. I'll take a 72 Demon over a 73 Duster.... but I'll take a 73 Duster over a '73 Dart sport..
It's like ice cream, same brand, different flavors :D
