Just curious, has anyone who owns a 63-66 Valient fab an airdam for the front of their car? Saw a 66 at the Goodguys auto cross that had one. Looked a lot like a 69 Z-28 piece.

I think that's the exact one some of the boys figured out would work. 69 Camaro.

I had a GSS Demon back in the late 70's. when I bought it there was a front spoiler on it. I still have it . It bolts on with valance bolts. That would be something to find.. "Hustle Stuff" maybe

The '69 Camaro piece looks better than the lawn edging air dam on my '64 Valiant.
Here is a mock-up with a custom air dam on my 66 that I picked up from a Facebook seller. I know he builds air dams for several different a-bodies. For various reasons, I decided not to use it

I have to ask what would something like that cost being 6 7 years old back then? I remember the gas crunch in 78 and the v 8 cars were going for cheap...I was a kid but I remember my mom looking for a car and saying " a Dodge charger takes too much gas..." she ended up with a 66 Chevelle with a 283 in 1977...

I remember my mom kept the Chevelle till around 1980 then unloaded it for 500 or 550 and bought a Dodge Omni. 1200 sounds right. the car looks nice in the pic.
