I believe that is the allen screw you access via the little hole in the upper door panel . The one with a tiny plastic plug.
The screw is probably inside your door still.

Nope part is missing as bottom of door empty except for dust. Have looked thru 5 boxes of parts that came not on car found lots of goodies but not that.

67 is different than 68+, do not recall any adjustments there. On a 67 the screw is in a different position (lower about 1") than the 68+
