VIN Decoding

I am in the final stages of purchasing a 67 barracuda fastback. The current owner told me that it is a formula s car. The fender tag is intact, however very tiny print, the only thing i was able to decipher is the bottom row
BH29 32 5 285 419 02179

and the VIN: BH29E72314370

Can anyone help with some info before I buy?
